By using this website or engaging me for a project, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms set out in a signed project agreement.

Services Provided
Lewius Gordon offers art direction and design services including brand identity, visual systems, digital product design, and creative direction. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement.

Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse any part of it. Unauthorised use may result in access being withdrawn.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, layouts, and imagery — is owned by Lewius Gordon or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without prior written consent. Rights to commissioned work transfer to the client as set out in the project agreement, usually on final payment.

Payment and Billing
Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in each project agreement. Late payments may pause active work until settled. Deposits are non-refundable once a project has started, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities
To keep a project moving, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information, assets, and brand materials.
Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timelines.
Respect the intellectual property and licensing terms attached to the work.

Limitation of Liability
I aim to deliver work of the highest standard, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or specific commercial outcomes. Lewius Gordon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the services provided.

Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to that point remains payable. I may suspend or end services if these Terms are breached or if payment obligations are not met.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Québec, Canada. Any dispute that cannot be settled directly will be resolved in the courts of Montréal.

Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions are posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the site means you accept them.
